The main difference between B2B and B2C businesses is their intended customers. B2B sells to businesses, often those that resell products while B2C sells directly to the end consumer. B2B sales include a decision making process that characteristically needs more than one individual signing off. Business to consumer, or B2C sales, is related to the selling of products to people, often to one individual consumer.
