Client
Farm2Chef’sTable is a blog about bringing people back to the dinner table and savoring the bounty that the beautiful Hudson Valley and surrounding area has to offer. Owner and Head Chef Nicholas Leiss has cultivated an extensive resume that includes The Culinary Institute of America, Colicchio & Sons, Chefs Club by Food & Wine as well as working for Gunter Seeger at his farm-to-table Michelin-Starred restaurant in NYC. He has also sharpened his skills at Noma in Copenhagen, considered by many as one of the top restaurants in the world.
Project Details
Nicholas came to The Hyacinth Group when he was starting his blog. He was in need of a website that would showcase his hand-picked recipes and inform his readers on how to cook like a professional chef at home. He also needed the branding that went along with it. That included professional photography, a logo, business cards and social strategy.
Process
The client had a hand drawing that was used as the basis for the logo. It was then redrawn digitally and modified to create the finished logo. We then created business cards. Next, we worked to get an SEO responsive Wordpress website. We collaborated with the client to choose a responsive template. Then we built a new website, optimizing it for desktop and mobile. After launch, we created a personalized social strategy focused on long term growth.
